Imperia, officially the Imperial Principate of Imperia or Roman Empire (Latin: Imperium Romanum), Is a country, priamrily located in Europe, Asia, and Africa, in the Medditerranean Region. It comprises of 48 States, 126 Provinces, and 40 Thessalokratiae (Overseas Territories) of which 24 of them are Incorporated Territories, 16 of them are Crown Dependencies, and 3 of them are Un-incorporated sovreign territories.

Imperia is a (redacted!Semi-Absolute), Roman Based Unitary Senatorial Constitutional Monarchy with 4 separate branches of Government having a Unicamerial Legislature,The Senatoria Imperialis of Imperia. The Imperium is a Progressive Constituional Monarchy, ranking high in the Human Development Index with a score of 94.0 and a large and prosperous mixed market economy with the Imperium being a net exporter. The Imperium has low level of corruption, thanks to an amply funded police force and officials being held resposible and accountable for their actions. The Imperium also has free education and universal healthcare, with mandates that people attend school until 12th grade. The Imperium has also become a large mix of cultures and ethnicities, spanning multiple regions and continents, the Imperium's many subjects have intermingled, forming a cosmopolital and diverse empire.

The Imperium is a highly developed nation, ranking 2nd in the Human Development Index with a score of 94.0 and having one of the largest economies in the world, having a mixed market economy and being a net exporter. Imperia is also very self sufficaint in terms of resources being abumdant in mnay natual resources and having large scale manufacturing and production capabilties. In terms of energy the Imperium has access to a wide variaty of eco-feindly sources of energy, decreasing its dependency on oil and reserving it for export to select nations. Imperia also has a high military expenditure, making up the 3rd largest government expenditure of the Imperium right behind Administration which ranks first and Healthcare which ranks second. Imperia also has a large space program, with its overlapping with the Imperial Astral Force, having established a Lunar Facility and deployed multiple succesfull missions to Luna and Mars. The Imperium is an observer of the Kalisight Treaty Organization, and has announced plans for the International Coalition of Nations (ICON) and is set to be a founding member in the alliance. Imperia is also a prominent member of the Coalition of the South Pacific and has multiple individual agreements and alliances with other nations.

The Imperial Government of the Imperium is split into 5 branches, Imperial, Legislative (Senatorial),Magistratorial, Executive, and Tribunal Maximus (supreme court/Judiciary).

Imperial Government

Imperatricia

The Empress is the Head of State of Imperia and the Imperial Commonwealths, being a De Jure Semi-Absolute Monarch, the Imperatricia has the power to dismiss almost eevery position in the Government, is the Commander In Cheif/Supreme Commander of the Imperial Armed Forces with no restraints and checks on power besides morality, and further more has the complete loyalty of the Imperial Praetoria and Legiones Caeserea who are loyal to the Empress and and instead of having their loyalty status as Imperia et Imperatricia, their loyalty status is Imperatricia only. The Empress appoints the major government offices, has the power to dissmiss government offices and institutions, has veto power on almost all aspects of government, and can also pass Imperial Decrees, Edicts, and Imperial Orders having De Jure and if she so chooses to use her powers, De Facto, Supreme Power in the Imperium.

Imperial President

The Imperial President is the Head of the Nation and Presidentia of the Imperium. Constituionally the President is not a part of the Government with Government in this context being the Imperial Executive. Though not a part of the Imperial Execuitve, the President acts as Head of the Nation and determines major policy, appointment, and has immense executive and magistratorial power, being the 4rth most powerfull and highest ranking government position in the Imperium, behind Monarch, 1rst Consul (Proconsul), and 2nd Consul. The Office of the Imperial President, often reffered to as the Presidentia determins major policy and handles the appointment of Government Officers such as the Prime Minister, Execuitve Department, Ministries, Agencies, and Organization Leaders, some Magistrates, and other government officers. The Imperial President is accountable to no one but the Imperial Monarch and is one of the most powerfull positions in the Imperium.

Consuls

The Conuls are the highest level Governmental Magistrates, having powers in the Executive, Senate, and Judiciary, managing the magistrates, governemnt officers, enforcing justice, and to keep the government accountable and uncorrupt. The Position of Consul is similer to that of if not more powerfull than Imperial President with consuls being able to fun for Imperial President while still keeping their position as Imperial Consul of the Imperium. There are 2 Consuls who have veto powers over the Executive, Senete, and Judiciary and over each other although in rank the 1rst Consul is thought to be senior to the 2nd Consul. Both conculs are appointed for and serve for one year with no restriction to the amount of terms they can be appointed to serve.

Executive

The Executive is the Second most power full branch and the Imperatoria is kind of also a part of th Executive. The Executive Branch is lead by the Prime Minister of the Imperium. The Executive Branch consists of the Imperial Departments, Ministries, Agencies, and Executive offices of the Imperium which are lead by an Imperial Seceratary, Minister, Director, or Seceratary which are appointed by the Imperial President. These Executive Officers form the Imperial Cabinet which is led by the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is the de jure leader of the Executive Branch and the Cabinet, Presiding over the Imperial Cabinet at the pleasure of the President. The Prime Minister is subject to Senatorial Confidence along with the other Executive Officers and Senators can call for a vote of no confidence against the Prime Minister. If a majority votes against the Prime Minister/Imperial Cabinet also reffered informally as the "Government" then Senatorial Confidence is lost and the Imperial President can dissmiss the Prime Minister/Imperial Cabinet. If the Imperial President thinks the Imperial Cabinet has preformed to its standars and deems the vote to be unvalid then they may chose not to dissolved the Imperial Government. The Senate can also launch an appeals to the Consuls and if that appeals has faioled then they may then launch a Final Appeals to the Imperialis Supremum Tribunalis Magitratuis or Tribunal Magisterium Imperiale Supremum (Imperial Supreme Magistorial Tribunal) which will deem if the decisions of the Senate or Consuls/Imperial President were constitutional and a review of the preformance of the government, its standards, and the reasoning of the appeals and votes of no confidence.

Legislative

The legislative branch is made up of the Imperial Senate and the Curia. The Imperial Senate is the Upper House of national legislature of the Imperium (with the name same name), made up of 900 Senators which ate elected through popular vote in their home District / Provincia. The Senate has the power to introduce bills and Executive / Senatorial decrees & orders. The Imperial Senate is presided over and led by the Supreme Chancellor who is Cheif Legislative Officer and Speaker of the Imperial Senate. The Curia is the lower house of the Imperial Senate and is elected through popular vote like the Imperium Senate (Upper House, not the Imperial Legislature) and was added to the Imperial Senate and ratified on November 8th 2022.

Judicial

The Systema Ivsitia of Imperia or the Imperial Judiciary are the Courts, Tribunals, and Judicial commisions of Imperia. The Judiciary is made up of the Supremum Ivdicium Ivstitiae, Curia Civilis,Curia Administrativa, Curia militaris, and the various Judiciary Councils and Judicairy Commisions.

Provincial

The Provincial Governments are headed by 2 Provincial Officers, the Viceroy, and the Governor. The Viceroy represented the Monarch in the province and like a Governor General in the commonwealths, was the commander of the Provincial Defence Forces, Paramilitary Forces, and the Custodiae Securitatis Provincialis (Povincial Security Gaurd). The Governor the is ceremonial officer of the province and represents the Federal President and the Imperial Government and formally apoints the First Minister and Provincial Concilium. The Provincial governments are split into 3 branches, functioning similer to the Imperial Government. Being a Unitary state the Provincial Government only has as much power as given to them by the Emperess or Imperial government and serves at their pleasure.

Foreign Relations

The Imperium, being of of the largest and most powerfull nations if fairly active in International Affairs, being a part of major alliances like the Kalisight Treaty Organization and its home region, the Coalition of The South Pacific. The Imperium, being one of the multiple nations claiming succession to the Roman & Byzantine Empires often has conflict with other nations claiming to the "Roman" such as the Novus Romanum Imperium and the Holy Kingdom of Armenia. The Imperium is also in a Quasi-Union with the Romanic Imperium, with Imperia being the Eastern Roman Empire and the Romanic Imperium being the Western Roman Empire with Italy and Rome being split between them. The nations involved in the Imperial Union have some overlapping jurisdictions, As such some "neutral territories" under self or joint administration are present, forming most of the overseas territories and the Holy & Eternal Imperial City of Rome. The Imperium also controls the foreign and military relations of its Commonwealths which are subject to some Imperial laws and are also nations ruled by the Gens Julia or the Ivisilla-Aestiva Dynasty. The Imperium is also close allies with the Republic of Krow-Bock which is Imperia's largest trading partner and close ally. The Imperium is also seeking to expand its influence into the Atlantic and strenghtening its presence in East Asia with through its Commonwealth of Serica and its Puppets in Southeast Asia.

Military

Imperatoria Terrestrial Force

The Imperial Terrestrial Force aka the Imperial Army is the Land force of the Imperium and the 2nd largest branch in terms of number of Personel. The ITF is made up of 200 Imperial and Coronal Legions as well as some specialized divisions & units like SpecOps and Shocktroopers.

Imperatoria Aquiarian Force

The Imperial Aquarian Force aka the Imperial Navy or Imperialis Navium is the Navy of the Imperium. It is made up of 680-700 vessels as well as Land based Amphibious Marines and the Naval Aviation Corps. The Navy is the third largest branch in terms of personell and is the largets reciver of funds from the Imperial Government's Budget for Defence. The Aquarian Force, like the Terrestrial Force has 2 Grand Marshalls and 14 Grand Admirals, equivalent to the Army rank of General of the Army,(Imperian: Grand General). Though mainly the Imperial Navy, the Imperatoria Aquarian Force is more of a larger branch made up of 3 smaller branches, the Imperial Navy, Imperial Marines, and Imperial Merchant Marine. This is also represented in the Imperial Aquarian Force emblem which is a trident instead of an anchor like most other navies, with each point representing one branch of the Imperatoria Aquarian Force being a part of one single organization, the Trident also stands for Neptune and the Sea Gods as well as the Sea.

Imperatoria Avian Force

The Imperial Avian Force or Imperial Air Force is the primary Areospace branch of the Imperium, sharing some resposibilities and jurisdictions with its sister branch, the Imperial Astral Force (Imperial Space Force). The Air Force is Under Air Marshall Pheonix Aeirius, Serving as the Grand Marshall of the Imperial Air Force.

Education

Imperia has been known to have exellent education, scoring 0.942 on the International Education Index. Education is Imperia's 3rd largest government expenditure and publics schools have been known to recive ample funding and to maintain a safe, modern, and hygenic environment as provided by law. Most of Imperia's populius attends its public schools with many public schools out scoring higher than private/charter schools.

Science and Technology

Energy

Most of the Imperium's en energy is from Eco-Freindly sources, with these reciving tax cuts on their sales and income. The current largest energy source is Solar power but considerable investments are being made into Nuclear Fusion Reactors, which in theory will be ab;e to power the entire world with just one reactor. oil and non-reneable energy sources have been phased out of consuption and only oil is still exported to some nations.

The main religion of Imperia is Imperial Hellenism, combining Hellenism/Roman Paganism with other religions like Hinduion, Shintosim, and some local religions being a flud belif system. Islamd, Judaiams, and Christianity are also very popular and prominent with the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Churches being the lergest and most influential.

Migration

The Imperium is a popular nation to immigrate with more than 2,000,000 people filing for Visas, Permanent Residence, Citizenship, and other Immigration related statuses/documents each year. However, Laws and regulations meant to make sure the +4,000,000,000 population of the Imperium dosent grow too much restrict Immigration to 200,000 for Permanent Residence and 800,000 Visas issued per year accounting for a total of 1,000,000 people being able Immigrate. Visa renewals are restricted to 900,000 people and long-term residence/work Visas must be renewed every 4 years. The Materna Securitas Custodia (MSC),Department of Immigration & Customs, Imperial Department of External Affairs, and other Enforcement organizations handel Immigration and Customs in the Imperium as well and Refugee crisesis and migration. The Imperial Refugee & Migration Administration handles refugees seeking protection, asylum, and new oppertunities in the Imperium, as the Imperium borders many unstable nations/regions and people refugees seek protection and refugee status in the Imperium.

Metropolitan Areas and Cities

Most of the Imperium's Population resides in its megacities which have since the foundign of the Imperium, been through much development and modernization. Rural settlements have since been either abosirbed by the cities or have grown to become large cities themselves. India, the Philipines, Indonesia, Australia, and Eastern Europe have gone through significant modernization and devlopment going from citites filled with under development and slums to lerge and vibrant metropolises with skylines to rival thoes in wealth middles east nations or thoes in Asia with New Delhi (CAT-SIA) becoming the 2nd largest city in the Imperium in terms of both population and metropolitan area having outgrown Chongqing and Rivaling Tokyo and the Capital of the Imperium, Imperia City. Jakarta, Singapore, and Manila are followed by Bangkok, Rome, Constantinople, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Icynthia (Sparta), Alexandria, Mumbai, and Paris.

Imperial Citizens enjoy a variety of music, from Classical to Pop, multiple genres of music are popular and rpominent through out the Imperium. One new and extreamly popular music is Latin Pop (Latin not Hispanic) which has been extreamly popular. Currenctly one of the largest and most popular music Companies in the Imperium is Lyre which is a music platfromdesigned to help support artists and music shcering where people can upload their music and listen to it as well as Lyre's Reccomended and Company made playlists. Other popular music are Hellenic Pop, Hip-Hop,and Classical with these being in multiple languages around the Imperium.

Cinema

The Imperium populous often watch streaming services or the cinema for movies and entertainment. The MGC, AMC, and other major cinema companies though have seen a decrease in profit to major streaming serives and the ACEC or the Ampithreater Cinema & Entertainment Corporation which as been rapidly expanding and diversifying since its founding, operating with Cinema Centers, Streaming Services, and other Media as well as sports. ACEC also had an IPO in 2022, having recievd coniderable investment from Olympic Corporations which handles its Audits and other services.

Sports

The Roman populous loves sports with Football (Soccer), Cricket, and other sports being prominent in the Imperium. Other sports such as Badminton, Tennis, or Vollyball have grown in popularity and sports from America such as Basketball, Baseball, and American Football gaining much popularity with the Imperium having a National Football Team, the Imperial Aquilons which have seen multiple successes in their first season, being undefeated champions in The South Pacific Football League. F1 racing is also extreamly popular with the Imperium having multiple F1 teams originating from the Imperium. Cricket and Rugby are also popular in former british colonies and surrounding areas as well as Football (Soccer). The Imperium participates and hosts in multiple sporting events such as the Olympics, SPFL, and ICL, IBA, and other games. The Largest Sporting event in the Imperium is the Great Panathenaia, held every Autum during the Panathenia Festival to honer the Goddess Athena (also referred to as Minerva or Invicta in her Roman Form), and continue the ancinet tradition. Multiple sports are played and atheletes both from the Imperium and some International participate in the event.
