The Shiypatsa Nation (Shiypatsa: Shiypasta Zhisutzh), also known as the The Nation or the Shiypatsa Clans, is a vast sprawl of clans in the Core Region inhabited primarily by the traditional Shiypatsa, who's psionic abilities have been slowly disappearing, they have a strong aptitude for war, and trade . The Nation is vast, with a population of 54,192,078,800 spanning 17 systems, sharing wind connections with the Seven Bright Ones, and Holy Tal'Akdar. Shiytsa Bazh in the Shiytsa System acts as capital.
The Nation emerged following the War of the Clans, a war which encompassed the whole of Shiytsa Bazh fought over various land disputes among the clans, lasting from -329 PA to -335 PA, the war was ended following the Treaty of the Shiypatsa ending the war and bringing the unification of all clans under a new Confederation led by an Oligarchy.
Unification of the Clans brought about an general feeling of prosperity, seeing a general advancement in many fields including, culture, technology, and the economy.
