Midlands is a province in Rwizikuru, which as of the 2021 census is the third-most populous district in the country, with 2.8 million inhabitants living in the district. It is home to the seventh-largest city of Rwizikuru, Munzwa, which serves as the district seat, and the eighth-largest city, Crogan. It is bordered to the west by Randaland, to the north by the Northern Territory, to the northeast by North Balisaland, to the southeast by South Balisaland, to the south by Manathea, and completely surrounds Guta raMambo.
