Estevo Lois Mira is the founder of ParaCell, which was established in 1962 after he purchased Srad, a defense contractor located in Temuair. He retired from his position as CEO of ParaCell in 1991, but continued to draw compensation from the company as part of his retirement. According to Enterprise, he is one of the top 15 richest men in Temuair.
