Contestants from previous seasons, alongside every Father so far, returned and spoke about their lives since being on the show. In Episode 3, the two groups were brought back together to compete for a cash prize of $7 000 over the course of two episodes.

Hugh welcomes them and thanks them for coming. He says that this show is a massive passion project for him. For years, drag kings were treated as inferior and it was thanks to Crown Me King that kings were given respect. He wanted to continue that and host a competition. Craven says that, before Crown Me King, he was given so much disrespect for being a king. When that show was announced, he jumped at the opportunity and, when he (Hugh) reached out to him about being on Call Me Father, he wanted to say yes to help inspire a new generation of drag performers. Russell says that, on the outside, before Crown Me King and Call Me Father, he was known for being in a drag duo with his drag wife, TeeTee. He had gotten some disrespect as well and he is so glad TeeTee stood up for him every single time. Seamus says that Call Me Father has helped so many people ... kings, queens, things. Judging on the show was an amazing experience for him. Darwin says that, despite his struggles in Season 3, he had a blast hosting. Rhys agrees.
