This is the spin-off season of the EBTV reality game show, Call Me Father.

Following the announcement that the show was not going to be cancelled, Genevieve "Hugh Jazz" Risi announced a seven episode special titled Family Reunion that was now in development as a way to celebrate the first three seasons and how the show survived cancellation.

Contestants from previous seasons, alongside every Father so far, returned and spoke about their lives since being on the show. In Episode 2, the contestants were brought back together to compete for a cash prize of $10 000 over the course of six episodes.

The season was filmed in February 2023 and aired in March.

1	The episode starts out with just the Fathers: Craven Moore, Darwin Dominguez, Hugh Jazz, Rhys Ambrosi, Russell Pex and Seamus Daly. Hugh welcomes them and thanks them for coming. He says that this show is a massive passion project for him. For years, drag kings were treated as inferior and it was thanks to Crown Me King that kings were given respect. He wanted to continue that and host a competition. Craven says that, before Crown Me King, he was given so much disrespect for being a king. When that show was announced, he jumped at the opportunity and, when he (Hugh) reached out to him about being on Call Me Father, he wanted to say yes to help inspire a new generation of drag performers. Russell says that, on the outside, before Crown Me King and Call Me Father, he was known for being in a drag duo with his drag wife, TeeTee. He had gotten some disrespect as well and he is so glad TeeTee stood up for him every single time. Seamus says that Call Me Father has helped so many people ... kings, queens, things. Judging on the show was an amazing experience for him. Darwin says that, despite his struggles in Season 3, he had a blast hosting. Rhys agrees. There is an empty lounge. Anita Bettername enters. "My name is Anita Bettername and I was from Season 1. When I joined, I had only been doing drag for eight months and chose the name as a joke. I may have struggled but I had an absolute blast and I'm glad everybody got to witness my ... weird personality." Cedric Winter enters. "I'm Cedric Winter from Season 2. I was not expecting to get as far as I did. I was thinking I'd be heading home when my Haus ended up in the bottom the first time. I learned a lot about myself and gained a lot of confidence by being on the show."
2	Rocco Diamond enters. "On the outside, I'm Justice Abrentes but you all known me as the winner of Season 3, Rocco Diamond. It's only been six months since my season and I'm so excited to be back. This experience has changed my life for the better."
7	It is revealed that the finale will be split into three parts and one contestant will be eliminated in Parts 1 and 2.
