The Eurasian Cooperative Community (ECC) is an intergovernmental economic and collective military alliance founded in 2003 in opposition to NATO and the European Union. Commonly described as the "Communist EU", the ECC was formed out of a merger of the activities of the Warsaw Pact and COMECON, cultimating in the establishment of a joint economic and militarily-integrated association with the Soviet Union as its leader. Fully integrated member states are militarily integrated and entitled to defend one-another in case of an attack on any full-member of the community. Similar to the EU's own Schengen Area, the ECC implements its own form of limited relaxed border control, allowing for general freedom of movement across the fully-integrated states (though this should not be confused for total abolishment of border control).

The ECC's main languages are English, Russian, German and French- though Russian and German are the most commonly used.
