Killia, also known as Hailandkill, is a country in Greater Dienstad. It is currently ruled by Ambrose Longstreet, a Killian general put in power by The Golden Throne during the Valo'Kap War. Although Killia remains independent and sovereign, it has aligned its trade and foreign policies to that of the Golden Throne since the end of the war. Its capital city is at Demaio, although the current government often governs from Reginald Ranch.

Killia currently leases the entirety of New Hemett to the Golden Throne, which governs the significantly-sized local populace and uses the islands as military bases.
