Headquartered at Prinsesse Visenna-Kazerne, Koningsberg in Lieseltania. The also known as the Halkeginian Command, is the largest of the unified commands of the Atmoran Forces; it is tasked with maintaining and training expeditionary and rapid reaction forces in the Halkeginian Sea and the Emporic Ocean areas.
