Cucumenthi the Second is the 32th reigning Caconzi of Karazawa and the official head of state of the country, with no political power given to him by the constitution. Considered popular by most Karazawi institute, he is one of the most loved and respected figures in the country.
Born in the Sesquechua clan, as the first son of Cucumenthi I, he was always meant to rule Karazawa. He spent most of his young age in the Zayllu Sesquechua, the royal palace on the outskirt of Zacapatu, where he was given an education judged worthy of a Caconzi by his father and a number of tutors. During the Junte-Caconzi Cold War, he was sent by his father to Tuthina as a way to protect him and to let him continue his studies. There, he co-wrote A cultural history of the Most Serene Empire and A compared structural analysis of Karazawa and Tuthina with the historian and sociologist Gregory Tullak. thoses two book were followed by A Kingdom Manifest Destiny, where he retook the basis he layed in his precedent books and restructured it as his political vision of Karazawa's futur. The book title became one of the rallying cry of the Monarchists opposed to the Malnonfi Junta in power at the time.
Once he returned to Karazawa, He took time to build relations with the Monarchists movements and was one of the artisans of their fusion into a single party. But a year after his return, Cucumenthi I died and he became Caconzi of Karazawa. Once coronated in 1977, he married Suyay of the Uraqasecha clan. Of this union, he will have three sons and two daugthers.
A strong partisan of science and art, he is known for his royal fund, with which he extended the Ayllu Sesquechua with buildings dedicated to expositions, conferences, and congress in all matter of scientifical or cultural interest. He also financed the construction of new schools and librairies and the renovation of museums and churches. Today, the royal fund is headed by his son and heir : Yerepulcha III.
