The official residence of the Confederate ambassador to Aquitayne since 1752 has been the [[Legatus Domus]], located at 21 Legionnaire, just a few doors down from the [[Palace at Vernoir]]. It was built in 1721 for the Exponential governor of Aquitayne at the time, [[Turcellius Adventus]]. The house was seized after Aquitayne's independence from the Exponent, though it was sold back to the Empire as their official ambassadorial residence in 1752 when diplomatic ties between the two nations were reinstated.
