Shibettans [Kerushi: Śive'țți'kan] [Shibettan: TBA] are a species of sapient and generally beige, brown and/or black feathered reptiles known as Osa'arin found in and around [[Kerussiria]]. They get the name "Shibettan" from the combination of the Kerushi words for clever "śive'" and lizard "țți'kan". Ever since the act, institutions that used to turn away Shibettans have been forced to shut down or become more inclusive.
