History
The Abarian Regional Forum was established in 1990 after roughly four years of dialogue between Razan and Yingok to establish an organization similar to Nordbund, the continental intergovernmental organization that promotes dialogue among the nations of Calesia. Both the governments of Yingok and Razan had already established a cordial foreign relationship, and in 1986 both countries had outlined foreign policy goals to promote continental stability and economic prosperity. Almeraei entered into discussions with Yingok and Razan, seeking to establish a forum that would bring stability to Southeast Abaria. On June 17, 1990, representatives from Razan, Yingok and Almeraei met in Shaghirsenir to sign the organization's charter. The Regional Forum held its first summit in Dongsing on September 16, 1990, where Asherael Naramu was appointed as the first general secretary.
