The Abarian Regional Forum (ARF), commonly shortened as Regional Forum, is an intergovernmental organization in Abaria that promotes regional cooperation and dialogue among its member states. As of 2024, it currently has three members, Almeraei, Razan and Yingok. It is the largest regional organizations by population and land area. It has a combined population of 915 million, and a total land area of 13.8 million square kilometers. Yeung Kapkaa has served as the chairman of the Abarian Regional Forum since 2022.
President Kapkaa appointed Yuhn Gingyi to serve as the General Secretary in 2022, succeeding Chichektun Onaltigece who served from 2018 to 2022.
