The Salacian Naval Crisis, also known as the February Crisis was a 9-day confrontation between the governments of Gristol-Serkonos and the United Zacapine Republics. The crisis was a culmination of the two governments' competing interests in the Salacian Ocean and the Malaio-Ochran region. The situation was further complicated with a planned Zacapine-Wazheganon military installation in Winivere Bay, prompting Gristo-Serkonan concern and outrage with officials fearing that the ongoing dynamics in the Northeast Norumbian region would be altered with the Zacapine entry.

In February 2nd, the Gristo-Serkonan government ordered the mobilization of the Royal Gristo-Serkonan Navy to intercept the Zacapine Fleet intending to reach Winivere Bay. The resulting naval and air battle resulted in the deaths of xxxx personnel on both sides.

The Zacapine Salacian Fleet was made up of a strike group (Olochtli Calacahuizque or OC) made up of nuclear-powered vessels and a support group (Olochtli Palehuizque or OP) of non-nuclear vessels, totaling to 11 surface ships of which 10 participated in the combat.
