Puerto Francisco ("Port Francis", originally called Puerto del Sur, Southern Port, later Port François) is a fishing city in the department of Salvador just south of the city of Salvador.

Demographics
Of the 900,000 inhabitants, 740,000 are of Quebecshirite origin from its colonial days. The remainder of the population consists of Atlántidans and Creeperans.
