Nationalist Northumbria is a state that gained independence from Britain in 2047 after the 3rd English Civil War having previously been an independent kingdom for some of the Anglo-Saxon era. Alvin Ashleigh was the leader of the Northumbrian independence movement.
Politics
Northumbria has a 2 Party system. Much of Northumbrian politics can be described as a populist mixture of left-wing and right-wing.
Economy
Northumbria has a mostly industrial economy. They have inherited large parts of British Steel.
