It was founded on the 20th of december 2020 by the nations of  Assumptaria and  Qazhshava to set official international rules for the Dambe sport to lower casualty rates, and hold proffesional international games.

Dambe Rules according to the IDA

Rules
A Match consists of two Games, A Game consists of 3 Rounds, a Round has a time limit of 15 minuetes max.
A Round s Played on a ring with a diameter of 5-10 meters depending on the set style of the match.
To win a round, the opponent msut be "Killed", a killing means any part of the opponent's body above the knee and/or elbow must touch the ground, and/or the opponent fells out of the ring.
The Players right (gloved) hand is the only one they are allowed to hit with.
The Players left (ungloved) hand is allowed to grap and push the opponent, and also to block opponents attacks.
Kicking is allowed, the chained leg is used to block attacks.
Tripping and Stepping on the Opponents feet is banned and will resoult in a yellow card and a restart to the round.
Two yellow cards resoult in a red card, whihc means the player, who recieved it, is sat on the bench for the rest of the game.
Punching/Kicking in the groin area resoults in a double red card for the player who did it.
Any type of Drugs, or Attempts to make their Gloves harder/stronger will resoult in a red card.
