The Complex consists of a 35-room main house constructed from fine Caropsyne sandstone and lavishly decorated with Ariatra marble. Extensive gardens are located on both the east and west sides filled with carefully-selected tropical and temperate species indigenous to the Pontanore. A selection of sculptures by leading national artists can be seen throughout the gardens and inside the building. Protection of the complex is provided by the Casmara in addition to a heavily-armed unit of the Sadriana.
