Fumicino (Italian /'fʊmiːtʃiːnəʊ/) is a major city in northwestern Cacerta in the middle of the Salacian Ocean, situated several dozen kilometers from land. It is located over the Fumice Sea Plateau which allows for its stable position. Fumicino was built on a small island and has since expanded further than the island's landmass which has led to large land reclamation projects starting in the 1800s. It is famous for its characteristic architecture, is the ancestral home of House Davion, and is the headquarters for both the Royal Navy and Royal Shipbuilders of Cacerta.

Fumicino is the capital of Lombardo. Following the 2013 census, the population of Fumicino is 5,523,982 all residing within its immediate sphere of influence. The city stands by itself inside the Salacian Ocean and as a result stands as its own metropolitan area within Lombardo.

The name of the city was derived from the ancient name of the region given to it by the Roman people who had encountered the original town sometime in the early 6th century CE. Due to its location, Fumicino has been given several nicknames that include "The Floating City", "Queen of the Salacian", and "The City of the Seas". It has consistently been rated as one of Cacerta's most beautiful cities.

While it is only the 4th largest city by population within the Kingdom, Fumicino is considered to be the most historically influential. Since the time of the Centuries War Period, the city has provided ships and sailors for the Cacertian people. As the home of House Davion it has become a paragon of ship and airship manufacturing as well as the capital of naval warfare education in the Kingdom.
