Marley Hill FC was created by 3 businessmen in 1923, who were trying to create a football team that could symbolize Marley. They ended up with the name "Marley Sharks" and joined the first ever league alongside [[Szawende FC|Szawende Lions]], [[AFC Portland]], [[Minszes Town FC]], Darija Zebras and Ilmantas FC. Their first season (1923-24) went well, they came 2nd with a 1 point difference to the champions, [[Szawende FC|Szawende Lions]]. Their second season (1924-1925), was better. They finished 1st with the most amount of points possible at that time (60).
