You And Me is a song by Commonwealth band, Heartcloset. It is the first single released by the band and written by lead singer, Travis Henderson and co-members, Gary Sanderson and Leon Tremblay. It was recorded and produced by Emrick Brennan at Samcheok, Joyonghea. The song was first released on July 22, 2017. An extended wedding version of the song was then released on July 28, 2017. Musically, "You and Me" puts more emphasis on acoustics.
The song is also written for each of the member's lovers, Tsukasa Shinichi; Henderson's lover (who also proposed to her five days after the release of the wedding version of the song), Mary Artheim; Sanderson's lover, and Silfy Appleton; Tremblay's lover.
