He is a member of the [[Orthodox Republican Party]] and served as the 54th Chair of the [[Department of Foreign Relations (Vistulzka)|Department of Foreign Relations]] from 2012 to 2020, being retained through 54th President [[Hong Yuenwei]] and 55th President [[Władysław Skrzyński]]. Kamiński was born in [[Ásotthalom]], [[Baranya Voivodeship]] in 1967. He graduated from the [[Urban University of Ásotthalom]] in 1989 in international politics, and subsequently earned his law degree from the [[Włocławek National University]] in 1992. He was elected to the [[Sjem]] in 1993 at the age of 30, one of the youngest members of the Sjem in history. He originally joined as a member of the [[Blue Movement Party]], however during his re-election in 1997, he changed his membership to the Orthodox Republican Party and has stayed apart ever since.
