Małgosia Maria Lemańska (born 7 July, 1987) is a Viswe politician and labor organizer who served on the Ducal Council from 2016 to 2020 and served as the Marshal of Vistulzka since 2020. She is a member of the Orthodox Republican Party, and was the first woman to serve as the Marshal of Vistulzka. She is considered to be one of the faces of the Vistulzkan progressive movement. She served as the Chair of the Department of Trade & Labor Relations after being appointed by President Władysław Skrzyński. She was both the youngest person to have ever served on both the Ducal Council and as the Marshal of Vistulzka in modern history.
Lemańska was born and raised in New Pereya, East Karpatska Voivodeship and graduated from the East Karpatskan Voivode University in 2008 with a degree in labor law. She subsequently worked as a labor organizer for the East Vistulzkan Labor Union for eight years. She participated in several notable strikes and labor unionization efforts. She was one of the key members to the Southeast Vistulzkan Port Strike of 2011, where she was assigned as one of the labor negotiators when the Department of Trade & Labor Relations stepped in to mediate between the port workers and the Asotthalom. She gained considerable press attention for her hardline approach towards any negoigations and was unwilling to compromise on any of the values or demands sought by the port workers. The port strike later ended the same year with a negoigation agreed by both her and then Chair Stanisław Duda. Lemańska was credited for the generous terms of the agreement.
In 2012, political commentators speculated that she would be on the shortlist as Chair of the Department of Trade & Labor Relations by President Paweł Hong during the 2012 election. However, she ended rumors and speculation, stating that Hong did not approach her about the position. She furthermore stated that she would not consider it due to the deteriorating relations between the East Vistulzkan Labor Union and the Department of Trade & Labor Relations. She agreed to participate in the Karpatskan Stationary Company Strike of 2014. However, she did not participate in any negoigations between the Karpatskan Stationary Company and the West Vistulzkan Labor Union. The strike ended with favorable terms towards the Karpatskan Stationary Company, and Lemańska turned her attention to focus on the internal functions of the East Vistulzkan Labor Company. During the 2016 elections, she helped push popular support and pledged the support of the East Vistulzkan Labor Union for presidential candidate Władysław Skrzyński in the 2016 Vistulzkan presidential election. During Skrzyński's campaign, Lemańska was considered as a potential Chair for the Department of Trade & Labor Relations or as the Chair of the Department of Public Development. She was selected as the future Chair of the Department of Trade & Labor Relations. She became one of the youngest chairs of the Ducal Council in Vistulzkan history, taking the position at 29.
In 2016, she was selected by Józef Kamiński as his Marshal during the 2020 Vistulzkan presidential elections
