Brief Overview
This list shows the list of political parties that are active and defunct, as well as historical parties that used to be active in #REDIRECT Kamilistan
The Revolutionary Islamic Republic of Greater Kamilistan or Kamilistan is a Federal Elective Representative Republic, a hybrid regime under the Grand Alliance "PRD" government. it's a multi-party democracy with multiple political parties and coalition represented in the nation's and regional parliament. Kamilistan adopted this political system much later in the 1990s, when then Sanan Badayk, the former 8th Chairman of the Revolutionary Kamilistani Communist Party (now the People's Union Partyy) implemented the "New Century Act", an act that sparks the first wave of the country political parties and as well the end of the 18 years of communist rulling. The once Revolutionary Kamilistani Communist Party was reformed into the now People's Union Party by Bakial Ngakali, who is considered to be the "Father of Kamilistan's Democracy."
Special autonomous regions such as Kalsakia, similiar to Republics of Russia , are granted autonomy for politicians that were born in those regions to formed their own political parties, but with their own rules to abide with but still must follow the rules mentioned in the "Special Region's Political Parties" act, which stated "Any political entities, political bodies or parties of the special regions, must not align themselves with any harmful, or extreame ideologies and as well as harmful speeches and rallies that may harm the Federation's peace and stability.". Political parties or coalition are allowed to formed their own autonomous region branches in these regions, but must undergo a special prosedure by the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal State Affairs, Ministry of Special Autonomous Republics and the Federation's Council for Special Autonomous Republics.
All political parties or coalition registered with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal State Affairs and the Kamilistan Electoral Registration Authority have the right to participate in any elections across the country. As of January the 28th, 2032, there were 45 registered "political unions", 21 of them are represented in the country's Federation's Ushvak, 9 of them have representatives in regional assemblies, while 15 regional political parties as well have representative in their respective regions.
