Kamilistan, officially the Revolution Islamic Republic of Greater Kamilistan, or the Revolutionary Islamic Republic of Greater Kamilistan is one of the largest-sized nation in the region, the nation is bordered by Ponticia and Turkey in the west, Russian People's Federation in the North, Asarah in the Southwest, with a tiny closed border with Syrian Republic, Iraqi Democratic Republic in the South and Iran in the East. The country is made out of 72 Krauka, 6-8 Self-Autounomy Republic State and 5 Federal Adminstrative Krauka or Federal Adminstrative States/Region. The capital Baku is located in the East of the East Kamilistan Region.

Kamilistan is a Federal Democratic Republic with a Multi-party System and grants is Autounomous Self-Republic self govermence, similiar with the Russian's Federation Republic, however it is counted, or ruled as an Revolutionary Nationalistic Hybrid Goverment which have Secularist, Kamilistani Nationalist, has an Representive Democracy system where citizen vote representives among themselves, it is aswell an Islamic Republic, but it has no offical sharia law, nor any Sharia related as Kamilistan has the highest irreligious population, though they refered themselves as muslims, majority of them are irreligious which is about 67.9%, not only muslims but orthodox chrstian and shias identified themselves as Non-Religious or unaffilated. Many just referred Kamilistan Goverment as a "Left-Winging Revolutionary Hybrid Goverment with Left-Wing Nationalist and a Secularist idea that grants it's autounomous region self-govermence, but it used Islamic Republic to symbolise the Muslims of Kamilistan, but have no offical Sharia Law"

Though that's the rulling goverment, Kamilistan is ruled by diffrent rebel and sepratist goverment that are currently at war (See: Kamilistan Civil Conflict), thay are atleast 3-5 of them, most are either rebel groups or other backed one, but sepratist may include aswell which is the Korominis People's Liberation Goverment,General Democratic Council of Koromistan, Democratic Accord of Justice and Freedom,Revolutionary People's Federation Accord,National Reform and Transitional Goverment of Kamilistan. As recently in November, the 15th, Prime Minister Bashkar Nugavaski helded the 10th National Peace Conference between the DAJF and the NRTG, the rebel government in Kamilistan in West Gisra, Gisra in the "National Convention Centre of Gisra". Prime Minister Bashkar Nugavaski made an annoucement saying that he would "Make a meeting between the Koromistan Sepratist Rebels and it's Goverment as well".

Kamilistan is labelled as a "Fragile Country that is a brink of dissolving like the USSR" said one of the NGO's report due to the constant civil war, civil unrest and economic preasure by many western country, Kamilistan is labelled as a developing country and ranks 91st in the Human Development Index, with a slow and medium rate of economic development, high unemployment rate which is around 24% due to civil unrest, a rise and high crime rate with atleast 400 Gangs are active, including notorious actice gangs which is the Stra Ma Kal, Blood Families Syndicate and the Moon Dragon Syndicate, and it aswell has a high inflation rate of the Kamilistan's natinal currency, the Kaluns or the Kamilistani Kaluns which is about 79.9% rate, making the Kaluns "almost" worthless outside Kamilistan, though study shows that it is slowly going down after Bashkar's "Recover Economy Plan", but is going up at the same time.

Etymology

The word Kamilistan came from the tribe that came along here, the Karmrelie people who mostly decendents of Kazakh-Mongolians, or have been mixed with Caucassion people of the Caucasus old kingdom, the word stan means "Land" in the Turkic language which came from the Turkic influence, the meaning of Kamilistan means "Land of the Kamrelie People" or "Land of the Kamrelies".

Government and Politics

Kamilistan is a  Federal Democratic Republic with a Multi-party System and grants is Autonomous Self-Republic self governance, similar with the Russian's Federation Republics, however it is counted, or ruled as a Revolutionary Nationalistic Hybrid government which have a Secularist, Kamilistani Nationalist, has a Representative Democracy system where citizen vote representatives among themselves, it is as well an Islamic Republic but the Islamic Republic in the official name was actually meant to symbolize the Muslims majority as Kamilistan does not have an official sharia court or any sharia law. There is about 72 Krauka ("States"), 5 Federal Administrative "States" which are the 5 capitals and 3 000+ self-districts, each ruled by a regional or a national-level political parties.

The National Alliance of Hope, made out of the majority Centre-Left to Left-Winged political parties and movements had recently taken over the country in the 2030 General Election after-long running political alliance General Revolutionary People's Group led by Adrol Al-Oman Muhammed won 3rd place, 2nd place with the United Liberal. Following the end of the general election, there were these so called "Political Camps", groups that supports or is loyal to a certain party or leader. The Pro-Bashkar or Pro-NAH loyalists, the Kamilistans' Partnership for Stability and Unity, Civilian's Trust and Help Council and the Our Kamilistans' Democratic Institution and Democratic Progression or the DEMINKA formed the Pro-Bashkar Alliance, the Civilians' Group of Democracy, Unity and Freedom with their headquarters in NAH's stronghold of "West Coast Batumi District", with around 45,000 members. Meanwhile for the Pro-GRPG or Pro-now current Imani Loyalist are the Federation League for Revolutionary Changes, National Patriotism Community Board and the United Movement for Democratic Conservatism.

Civil Unrest and Instability

The main common issue, and very serious issue for Kamilistan and Kamilistani politician is the civil unrest and instability in Kamilistan, the civil unrests and instability begen in the 2010s when UIRS had taken over the major economical city of Yarakan, UIRS or the United Islamic Revolutionary States is an Islamic Fundamentalist movement and militant group that seeks to establish an Islamic State with Revolutionary thoughts in Kamiliistan, along with it's ally, ASAM Group. Following the takeover, mass riots took place in Gisra, blamming Bakial Ngakali's goverment and himself for the "lack of inefficiency and protection from the Extreamist and as well as Pleasuring himself because of the 2nd time he was in office", the day after a suicide bombing occured in the city of "Porvesk Shure", in the Midor Area in the state of South Dagestan, killing 9, injuring 20 people and the ASAM group and UIRS claimed responsibility for the attack.

Crime

Although Kamilistan's has witness a major gang crackdown after the Anti-Criminal and Syndicate Act of 2032, crime rate are still high within the country's border. During a statement made by a former gang member, gangs in Kamilistan are mostly base around a certain ethnicity, though gangs can also base around a certain business. Crimes ranges from robberies, carjacking to the more major ones which not only includes contract killings, murders and torture. The Special Unit K-10 is the current tactical force of the Revolutionary People's Police on the gang's crackdown. 80% of all crimes committed were reportedly base around Artsvin and it's surrounding area, followed by Yerevan and Al-Baghdad.

In 2031, there were around 2 000 arrest on suspected gang members in the city, while an another 100 were arrested in Baku. According to the KODIS Department, the gangs are actually sub-groups of another gang, with most of it's member rely on the main gang. Those who are on the Top 10 Targeted Organization List, it is not to be mistaken as the Top 10 Illegal Organization List. The list was made after the first wave of the gang crackdown began, with the first major gangs being targeted, and being pressure on, with most of it's branches or clan disbanded by the RPP's Special Unit K-10. In Kamilistan's gang culture, gangs tend to have the "families number" on the gang's name. For instants, the United Command of the South would be codenames with the "families number" as G-190, or the Council of the Al-Baghdad would be called as A-10V. The reason for this were unknown but it's said that this was to hid the gang's official name, and not be identified by the police.

Healthcare

The national healthcare system of Kamilistan, the Federation Healthcare Administrative Service or FHASE is the sole governmental healthcare system in the country, the private sector would be the United Healthcare System Service or the UHSS and the Special Service of Healthcare Provider or SS-HP. Kamilistan has seen the decline of hospital funding from the late 2015s till 2028 also called as the Healthcare Crises, which was a crises after the insecurity, government corruption and instability within Kamilistan. During a press conference made by then leader of the opposition Bashkar Nugavaski, Bashkar told it was "the worst healthcare crises in the century of Kamilistan", with hospital being left underfunded and underequiped. After the 2031 General Election when the oppositional coalition, National Allinace of Hope won 80% of the total vote. The increase of funding and equipment given to all hospital in Kamilistan increases by 60% after the Universal Healthcare Act of 2032 in order to increase the funding. As of now, it is said that at least 71% of all hospital are funded after the act, being increased from the past of 40%

Television

Majority of television channel are owned by the Kamilistan's government, which is about 15 of them, 3 of them which are the most viewed government owned channels and as well a high viewers count mostly are Kamilistan People's Broadcasting Cooperation, Gạnḧük TV and TừmKartel TV. However, privately owned are beginning to start popping up after Kamilistan relax it's "Television Policy", as the most viewed and a high daily view count which is Kamilistan Eye TV, Concept TV, yıldız-ışağıẹ Television and Hergün Television. There is about 23 thousand televisions stations and over 5 thousand+ channels to view in Kamilistan after the "Television Policy" have relaxed, new shows and films from the West, previously isn't allowed to view began to slowly appear in Kamilistanis television, along with TV shows and reality shows

Television was introduced in Kamilistan back in the 1980s under the Communist Reign of Kamilistan, there were only 5 channels which were "Strava TV", "Channel 88", "Kamilistania TV", "OurTalk TV" and "Night-Show Television", and then nothing else. All of the 5 channels featured local tv shows, films, talk shows, and news outlet and were under the supervised of the Communist Government of Kamilistan, to insure that non of them included anti-revisionist propaganda and anti-communist government talks, at least about 600 journalist, and others were arrested and 230 others were executed, those who were not executed however were sent to Labour Camps or have to work in the radioactive and toxic workplace including Mercury extraction, power plants cleaning and so on. When Bakial Ngakali took over he made the "Decade Reforms" where he reform mutiple system, introducing multi-party system and as well as relaxing the channels policy.

Many of them former 5 communist channels office and headquarters were abandoned, and left to rot or turn into lower-class apartment block, one of them is "Lyavachov Apartment Unit", a 6 story Soviet-like apartment, formerly the Kamilistania TV Headquarters, there is about 50 people living in there, and most of these turn-to apartment always needed daily fixing, every 5 months to be precise, such as the electricity, and water supply.

Newspaper

Newspaper were introduced in the late 80s during the Communist Era of Kamilistan, there were only 2 publishing back then, the Revolutionary Mail and the United Voices. After the dissolve of the communist government, new newspaper outlet have began to appear, with the first and foremost is the Nation's Times, then comes second is the Kamilistan United News Cooperation.
