The Military Order of Alexandra (Dutch: Militaire Alexandras-Orde) is the highest military honour of the Atmoran Confederation. Currently, the order is awarded to members of the Commonwealth; Atmora, Mizuho and Ghelen along with foreign nationals. All recipients of the order are granted the style as The Honourable Sir/Lady (De Hoogedelgestrenge heer/vrouwe).

Current living members
Privileges
Members of the Military Alexandrian Order are awarded certain privileges:
- Style of The Honourable Sir/Lady.
- When wearing the decorations, a member must be saluted by all Atmora military personnel, regardless of rank or branch.
- Knights are granted a pension by the Atmoran state of ƒ3,200 by annum if when awarded below the rank of officer.
- Knights are granted a military state funeral.
