The Ronalla-class is a class of nuclear-powered fleet submarines (SSNs) in service with the Quetanan Navy. All eleven boats in its class were constructed at Barriota shipyard, Ledua. With 10 boats remaining active and in commission and one retired from the eleven originally in service, the class makes up part of the Navy's nuclear-powered ‘hunter-killer’ submarine force. The Ronalla-class is planned to be replaced by the larger and more capable Lalute-class submarine, of which five are commissioned and twenty are planned.
The name Ronalla refers to the Battle of Ronalla fought between the Quetanan Navy and the combined fleets of Kyti and Elbresia in 1605.
