History
Work began on the building in 1718. The property was purchased by the Exponential governor of Aquitayne, Turcellius Adventus. It was designed by Aquitaynian-born architect Nubius Calligro in the Aquitaynian style. After Aquitayne gained its independence from the Empire of Exponent in 1742, the villa was seized by Augustus I. It was used as a retreat for Lady Aubergon for about five years before diplomatic relations were reinstated with the Empire, and the property was sold back to the Exponent for 300,000 ducats.
