The Middle era, also known as the Dark era or Dark ages, was the period of the Wider Realms that followed the systems collapse of Classical societies and lasted until the onset of the pre-modern era with the advent of global naval navigation.
The era encompassed the development of religion, with Sancity and Oneness becoming the most widespread systems of faith.
