Xera Cagg and Tal Cagg (born 2993 AHT) are twin Qhirciks who were born on the Outer Band backwater of Ringama. Experts in espionage and stealing, Xera (sister) and Tal (brother) were enlisted by dissident Jastre Ainsspel and sided with a faction including Mikha Celath, Theron Voss, and the Crescent Underground led by Kalin Drev to overthrow the Obsidian Hand's control of Ringama. In 3024 AHT, the faction assaulted Mymag's spaceport, which forced the Obsidian Hand to cede the planet to the revolution.
