Carbery (Irish: Uí Chairbre) is a principality in western Maltropia. It is the third-most populous principality, home to 20,617,843. It covers 74,157.03 square kilometres and is Maltropia's seventh smallest principality. Its capital city is Ardencross.

Clockwise from the north, Carbery is bordered by Newmarsh, Cluain Áed, Mag Gaethe and Escir.

Historically, the territory was ruled by the kings of the Uí Chairbre, after whom it is still named. Their royal centres included Brí Rige and Ardencross. Carberian hegemony extended over much of northwest Maltropia and as far south as the Escir, but during the Tumult in the late eighth century the rise of Corcagia and the repeated rebellion of the Dál Ratha na hAille (in modern Mag Gaethe) led to the breakdown of traditional power structures and the Uí Chairbre fell from power.
