Ro'ekha (pronounced /⟨r⟩oʊˈɛxɑː/; from Khadenz and South Ethlorek Roha Kha, meaning "water bridge") is a town in the north of Cadenza. It is the capital of the earldom of Roakkon and, with a population of nearly 67,000, is the third largest settlement in the country.

The town lies on the mouth of the river Osia and is surrounded by gently rolling hills. It is an important cultural centre on the island, housing the Grand Auditorium which formerly hosted the Ro'ekhan Dramatic Society.

Historically, Ro'ekha and its hinterland were divided between the earl of Roakkon and the Prince-Bishop of Ro'ekha, who remained a powerful temporal ruler into the 16th century. The city was noteworthy for the Great Monastery of Ro'ekha, an ancient monastic community that has housed the Siresian Order for over 1300 years, and for the crusading order of the Knights of Saint Misrav who had their headquarters there.

Ro'ekha's economy relies heavily on its position as a tourist and holiday destination, with a growing population of expatriate retirees and increasing numbers of restaurants, golf courses and apartment estates. It boasts its own airport, Ro'ekha Airport, and is connected to the island's other major settlements by both the C2 and C3 motorways.
