San Salvador ("Holy Savior") is the capital and the most populous department of Creeperopolis and its city of the same name. It is the country's political, cultural, educational, and financial center.
The department, as well as the city, was almost entirely destroyed during the Seige of San Salvador during the Creeperian Civil War.
