Rwizikuru Rail (weRwizi: Njanji dzeRwizikuru) is the sole railway operator in Rwizikuru, operating since 1902. Initially established to operate the rail line from Port Fitzhubert to Rusere, it today operates three rail lines within Rwizikuru.
Route network
As of 2016, Rwizikuru Rail has three lines, with sixty-one stations.
- Mutupo-Chekumabvazuva railway, with thirteen stations
- Rusere-Fort Fitzhubert railway, with twenty-one stations
- Trans-Rwizikuru Railway, with twenty-nine stations
