BAU Systems is a Belfrasian multinational defence, security, and aerospace corporation headquartered in Isn Deslen, Belfras with operations world-wide. It is a government-owned corporation and amongst the first aerospace manfucaturers within the Belfrasian Empire. The corporation was first formed in 1923 as Belfras Aerospace United to assist the Royal Airforce in constructing and maintaining it's air fleet through logistical and civilian contractors. In 2002 the corporation was renamed simply BAU Systems after merging with several other corporations within the country, such as Belfrasian Motor Industry.
BAU Systems operates numerous contracts around the world, having inherited them through successor corporations or won them during replacement programs. BAU currently designs, builds, and maintains aircraft, vessels, vehicles, armanents, and electronics for the Belfrasian Armed Forces and other contractors around the world.
