Sabyr Starovek is a Kumusi politician serving as the president of the International Forum for Developing States. He was previously a member of the Supreme Council of Kumuso from 1993 to 2007 and was then employed by the IFDS as a special auditor in 2010.
Personal Life
Sabyr was born in 1956 at a hospital in Esfanshahr, Zorasan. His parents Djoomart and Dimira Starovek, were property owners in Kumuso who, like most wealthy people during that period, opted for health tourism for births and other major operations.
Sabyr received a degree in economics from Rongzhou University.
Political Career
Sabyr was elected a lieutenant in the city militia in 1978, a position which he kept until his 1993 appointment to the Supreme Council.
