Kottos is the second largest city in Huvakia. Situated across the Bay of Emperors from Aegaeon, Kottos is often known as the second jewel of the crown. Skyscrapers and monuments are common throughout the city.Kottos has long served as the center of imperial art and culture, with numerous artist, philosophers, and scientist calling Kottos home. In addition Kottos is also the site of the corporate headquarters of Prometheus Imperial Power.
