The country is primarily composed of two regions, those being Allia and Ronland. It shares land borders with Goyanes, Frisia, and Kozstoha to the north, Valland to the east, and Gotmark to the west.
At present, Alliaronia is a member of the Grenseverein, a part of the Dramzone, a signatory and member of the International Federation of Red Heart Societies, and an aspiring member of the Pan-Gotic Union.
