Howard Radicti, Count of Norcust is the second son and third child of Grand Duke Xenocimedes Radicti. He is currently fourth in line to the throne of Radictistan. The Count presently serves in the Radictistani cabinet as Steward of the Royal Treasury and performs various public engagements. He is also patron to a number of military units including 54th Armored Division.
