The Special Air Service is a wing of three elite attack helicopter squadrons of the Ruvelkan Imperial Air Force specially trained to perform night raids and deep air support. They are characterized for their intense training regimen and fly black-painted HH2 Sólyom and HH3 Lódarázs attack helicopters. Although serving during the Imerti Conflict, the Special Air Service saw little action but the pilots of the wing saw extensive service during the Zemplen War. The surviving pilots of the SAS cumulatively saw more flight hours than most other Ruvelkan helicopter squadrons of the war, many of whom went on to receive numerous decorations for their service.
