The University of Pacific (Spanish: Universidad De Pacífico) abbreviated as UP is a state university in Sacramento, United Pacific. It is the oldest tertiary-level educational institution in United Pacific, and is generally considered as the most prestigious university in United Pacific, along with the Cal Institute of Technology and Olympus University.
Campus
The campus is located in 25th Henry Avenue and 1st Education Street, in Sacramento Capital District. The University of Pacific maintains 65% of its area for reforestation. Over 25 kilometers of bicycle path have been created and shuttle buses are provided for the students and faculty. The bicycles and buses are to decrease the number of vehicles in the campus.
Facility
The facilities include campus bus, dorm, Golden Ballroom, Diamond Library, and others.
Research
The University of Pacific partners with the National Nuclear Research Center (NNRC) for nuclear research on energy and medical purposes. It also a partner of the Pacific Biotechnology Center (PBC) for research of medicine and biotechnologies.
