The President of the Alliance of Nortuan States is the head of the Alliance of Nortuan States. He is nominated by the Nortuan Council and elected for six years by the ANS Congress. He provides the guidelines and is supposed to ensure that the ANS has an effective and collegial work organization. He also represents ANS on an international level.
