Slovertia is one of the Astyria's main exporters of wine. Sloverti wine making is part of the nations identity with wine being produced in three main wine regions. Annually 27 million hl of wine is produced in Slovertia. Sloverti wine is exported around the world. Wine making was popular in Slovertia for centuries before Beriquois rule however under the rule of Berique modern techniques such as bottling and barrelling were introduced which saw the Sloverti wine trade soar. In this time period the main Sloverti wine regions came into formation and wine cultivation continued to explode in popularity well after Slovertia gained its independence in 1815.
