Capturing [[Border-17]] would provide an easy way for ODR troops to inavde the [[Federation of Russian People|FRP]]. Slowly with th aid of funded rebels, the ODR would quickly take over FSR Germany and FSR Austro-Hungary. and making those nations independent.

The Border-17 raid was an assault on Border-17 carried out by the 21st Juggernaut Division, the Antico Front and the Blue Confederal League with funding from the CIA and firepower of the 21st Juggernaut Division.
