Nik Vuc, (17 July, 1791 to 14 July, 1837), was a Durnian military officer and engineer. He is famous for leading the CFU forces which formed the Durnian portion of the Pan-Adulan Coalition. He was an avid supporter of indirect-fire artillery and is quoted with saying "To see the gun shoot at you is fear, to not see the gun shooting at you is terror." He is credited with advancing Durnstaal's adoption and implementation of rifled gun barrels by 20 years.
