Constitution of the Confederacy of Walneria

Article 1
Confederacy of Walneria is a free, independent and democratic nation with a rule of law
- Confederacy of Walneria is founded and based off on the respect of its citizens to maintain their rights
- Confederacy of Walneria will follow any and all obligations, that it has to its citizens or any other subject on the world stage
Article 2
Citizens are the foundation of the Confederacy of Walneria, from whom the right to govern stems
- This government is realized through the branches of governance, that are subservient to the will of the people
- There are four branches of the government
- Branches of the government shall be independent of each others' influence
Article 3
Laws are based on the will of the citizens, and should be enforced in the manner set by laws in respect to the Constitution
- No citizen shall be punished for an act, that is not prohibited by a piece of legislation
- No citizen shall be forced to do an act, that is prohibited by a piece of legislation
- No citizen shall be forced to do an act, that is not required by a piece of legislation
