The Anteria Communist Party (ACP), is an international organization that advocats world communism and holds politcal control over the [Union of Anterian Communist States]. The Comintern resolves to "struggle by all available means, including armed force, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the state." All Communist parties or regimes in Anteria are invited to join under the Party with it being mandatory for UACS members.
