The Directorate of Special Forces is a command component of the Royal Gristo-Serkonan Armed Forces. It is responsible for all special forces operations that are capable of responding to terrorism and threats to Gristol-Serkonos and its interests around the world. The Directorate is a high-readiness organization, ready to deploy forces on short notice to defend Gristo-Serkonan interests from threats to the national interest at home and abroad. It is comprised of units drawn from the Armed Forces as well as the Royal Gendarmerie.
