House Davion is a Great House from the Kingdom of Cacerta famous for being the leaders of the Cacertian Royal Navy and possessing a strong tradition of sailing and trading. House Davion is the oldest of Cacerta’s Great Houses with a founding date of 19 June 745 and remaining unconquered even into the modern era. They were heavily isolationist until the Unification War in which they allied with House Sarissita. Their contributions proved critical and allowed their alliance to ultimately win the war. Despite minor houses petitioning Cianna Davion to become queen of the Unified States of Cacerta, Cianna backed Victor to become king. House Davion remains unique among its peers in that it has always had a woman as its House Head.
