Ardalia Airlines is the state-owned flag carrier airline of Ardalia. Its headquarters are in Precno near Hran and operates domestic and international services mainly to X destinations. Its main hub is Hran International Airport.

Fleet

The airline only operates narrow-body, short to medium range, twin-engined aircraft. The current fleet consists of 13 aircraft with 15 A220s on order, all of which are expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.

Frequent flyer program

The frequent flyer program is called Miles & More. It is free to sign up. Members earn miles by flying (except for award travel); as well as by renting vehicles from car rental partners, staying at participating hotels, using co-branded credit cards and services of other partners. Accrued miles can be redeemed for flight, upgrade or travel awards.

Catering

On all Ardalia Airlines flights, passengers are offered free food and beverages which vary depending on the class of travel, the flight duration and the part of the day.

In-flight entertainment and magazine

A-line 319 and -320 aircraft are equipped with overhead dropdown video systems are positioned throughout the cabin and are used to broadcast instructions for emergency situations, as well as programs intended for passenger entertainment. Films highlighting the beauty of Ardalia's ecologically clean and unspoilt islands, sea, coastline, national parks, wildlife, and other parts of the country are played. No video systems are aboard D4-200's.

The airline publishes an inflight magazine "ARDALIA," where cultural and historical heritage is presented textually and with pictures. The magazine includes some Ardalia Airlines destinations as well as other interesting and entertaining topics. The magazine is issued four times a year. Printed editions are available in the seatback pocket on all airplanes.
